What started as an idea, quickly became a new purpose. As the founder of She Masters I have made it my mission to take my knowledge and wisdom to help women become their true self - to find their life's true purpose and the confidence, self love and thrive for life that has been hidden because we have been programmed to act a certain way or believe certain things that society and our upbringings have taught us. We all have a story to tell and especially as women we tend to put ourselves down or act as if our problems and issues could be worse and end up focusing on helping others without filling our own cup first.

I personally know that life can throw a lot of curve balls at you. We've all been through things in life, some us of more and some of us less. Yet we often don't learn how to deal with certain situations, how to handle our emotions or how to turn off that inner critic that we developed during our childhood, which led us to form certain negative beliefs that we often continue to take into adulthood unless we start doing the work to free ourselves from our old patterns.

I personally have been there. From a very young age I developed the believe that I wasn't good enough and that the universe didn't have my back. Certain patterns kept repeating themselves, and I found myself stuck in the same old cycle over and over again, struggling with grief, guilt, self doubt and eventually chronic health issues.​ But a part of myself couldn't accept my circumstances and I just knew there had to be more to life. So I did everything in my power to turn my life around. After a decade of healing, self development and mindset work, I have reached a state of acceptance, self-love and success that my younger self could have only dreamed of. With a heart full of gratitude, it is my goal to help as many women as possible do the same!
